Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager Terry Butcher admitted his team were second-best in the 2-0 defeat to Hibernian at Easter Road."I'm very disappointed because I was really looking forward to seeing us play today and we never turned up," Butcher told BBC Scotland.
"Wow, what happened there? I think we picked up about 14 strangers on the A9, some at Dunkeld, some at Pitlochry
"We'll have to drop them off on the way home I suppose."
Butcher's side went down to second-half goals by Callum Booth and Lewis Stevenson and the manager is looking for much more from his players.
"Whilst we may have had one or two opportunities, if you look at everybody in the team, the only one that really for me came through with any pass marks was (goalkeeper) Ryan Esson, who I thought had a great game," said Butcher.
"These boys have been terrific for us and I don't want to be too hard on them because they've still got a lot of football to play.
"We've got a big game on Tuesday against Dundee United and then Motherwell at home so games to look forward to and games we want to bounce back in pretty quick. Tuesday can't come quick enough.
"I hope the Dundee United scout was watching that because we will play far differently to that on Tuesday, I can assure our fans and ensure the players that they will do that."
Booth and Stevenson struck in the second half at Easter Road to give the home side their fourth consecutive victory.
"I'm bitterly disappointed," added Butcher. "Hibs thoroughly deserved the three points.
"I didn't really think we looked a threat to score today, we had one or two little openings and Graham Stack in goal for Hibs made a couple of good saves.
"Over the piece I'm scratching my head saying, 'we've never played that badly for as long as I've been in charge of Inverness Caley Thistle'.
"We just throw it away. I've got the DVD, I won't even be watching that I can assure you and we move on.
"It's just a horror weekend. I shall lock myself away with several bottles of wine and come out fighting on Monday.
"We've conceded two unbelievable goals today, two fantastic strikes but it wasn't just down to that. Over the piece we were by far second-best all the time and Hibs thoroughly deserved it."
