Inverness boss Terry Butcher felt sick after his side failed to build on their early lead in a 2-1 defeat to St Mirren.
Lee Cox gave Inverness an early lead but late goals in each half from Steven Thomson earned the Paisley side a vital three points.
"I don't think I can put into words how disappointed I am," Butcher said.
"It feels like my Christmas lunch is now sitting uneasily in my stomach because of what happened.
"Maurice [Malpas, Inverness assistant manager], the ground staff and the coaching staff put in a lot of hard work to get this game on and now you wonder why because we've thrown three points away and not played anything like we can play.
"It's the manner of our defeat more than anything else that doesn't sit well with me, but we have a chance to bounce back on Wednesday against Kilmarnock and bouncing back is something we generally do very well.`
