INVERNESS Caley Thistle's biggest shareholder David Sutherland may be set to sell his stake in the Caley Jags.
Tulloch boss Sutherland has a 25 percent shareholding worth half a million pounds in the club.
And the construction tycoon told BBC Scotland that he may sell some or all of his shares - and the Beeb believes that there has already been interest in them.
Sutherland said any transfer would have to come with a commitment that the new holder invested in the football side of the operation.
His Tulloch construction company built the Caley Jags' north and south stands, a deal involving naming rights for the whole stadium, and he helped remove £2m of the club's debt.
