Caley Thistle manager Terry Butcher has brought in French defender Kenny Gillet following a trial period at the club.
Gillet spent the last three years with Barnet before leaving this summer after turning down an improved offer from the club to stay.
The 24-year-old Frenchman is a left back and left-sided centre half who played for Caen before heading to the UK.
ICT gaffer Terry Butcher told the official ICT website: "Kenny has impressed us. He's still young but has good experience and gives us the left-side balance and competition we've looked for."
