Caley Thistle manager Terry Butcher has warned his players not to underestimate Morton when the sides meet on Saturday.Butcher insists Caley need to look back at their recent result against Ayr United where they salvaged a draw thanks to a stoppage time penalty.
"Ayr surprised us and I think Morton are capable of doing that as well," said Butcher.
"They're fighting for their lives. It's dog eat dog down at the bottom of the First Division."
Inverness go into the game as overwhelming favourites, having overcome Morton twice already this season by three-goal margins, and they are now bidding to extend their unbeaten league run to 11 matches.

"We need the points, they need the points so we've got to make sure we do our job professionally and with the real hunger that the boys showed on Tuesday night against Queens of the South," added Butcher.
"So if the players have that determination, then hopefully we can make it a good week for us and three points against Morton on Saturday will take us within three points of Dundee, the leaders."
With the teams immediately above and below them both on Scottish Cup duty, an Inverness victory would see them breathing down the necks of the Dens Parks pace-setters.
A win would also open up a three point cushion on Ross County, who Caley will meet twice in ten days in crucial local derbies later this month.
Butcher will be looking to Tuesday night's hat trick hero Adam Rooney to add further to his tally of 15 league goals, although Richie Foran begins a two game suspension.
The main question at the back is whether he will keep Nauris Bulvitis on the bench and once again give a start to David Proctor.
