The club, who are languishing at the bottom of the league, sacked coach Evangelos Vlachos two weeks ago and immediately approached Craig Brewster.
Ionikos director of football Yanis Xanphobulos, who played along side Brewster during his time in Greece was keen to take Craig to the Athens club. Brewster was adamant that he still had a job to do with ICT, saying "I made it clear I have another two years with Inverness still to run and I am happy."
With Brewster being assured that there would always be a job there if he wanted it, it seems to have been very good business by the club to tie him down to a further two years.
