The club have just announced the following prices for the new season:
Main Stand - Adult £25 - Concessions £20
North Stand - Adult £20 - Concessions £15
Kevin Bisset Family Enclosure - Adult £15 - OAP/Student £13 Children - £7
Morven Reid has been quoted as saying "The ticket prices are higher compared to last year, but we felt it was important we looked after season ticket holders first and foremost"
However, Morven also stated that the 3000 season ticket sales target has not yet been reached but did not indicate exactly how many had been sold.
I can understand why the club are trying to gererate as much revenue from season ticket sales but why does it have to be to the detriment of the casual supporter who only goes to the occasional game. These prices are not exactly set to encourage new supporters to the club. Surely this is something that the club must concentrate on as we do have a very small fan base and can't rely on these small numbers forever.
